Hello and welcome to Sage Doula Services! My name is Sydney Patterson-- long-time Indianapolis resident, dog mom, plant lover, and full-time birth advocate. I'm so excited to have the opportunity to make a difference in the birthing community. I discovered doula work through my own pregnancy journey and realized what a profound need there is for support in pregnancy and beyond. The lack of education for women surrounding birth is something I hope to change, leading to informed choices and an overall positive birthing experience. I profoundly believe in the power of nature and the divine design of women's bodies to bring new life earthside with minimal intervention.
